In time’s rebellion stands tall those who fall and get up, or fall and stay down
Breaking barriers that separate us from The crown
Our ambition is to become a world that lives right without anyone left, fighting against their own fall
Because the Dawn comes whether you’ve conquered or stalled
We are a race that finishes what we’ve started because that’s His life story
And without our swords and compassion, we’ll be a forgotten glory
I’m speaking on behalf of those disciples that are single mothers, broken brothers and troubled lovers
Whether black or white, short or tall
His love inhabits the hearts of all
My prayer in the darkest of hours is to shine a light with a flame that burns high and low
Because while we walk this journey together I’ll hold His hand whether we walk fast or slow
I will fear nothing like Jesus against the cross, Noah against the flood and Daniel in the Lion’s den
Nothing will stand in my way, I will make Disciples of men.
