Walking among the mundane
and the ordinary.
Slipping between the cracks
of good-day and goodbye.
Neatly tucked beneath
a smile or a wave.
Light glistening off the
unseen.
In the form of
a helping hand or
a warm embrace.
When ways wind & bend
and shadows lengthen.
Many will miss the
claim of the Father
on those here.
When anger is met with
a kind heart and
rain is viewed from
unexpected shelter.
Time is short and hearts
are aching,
blinded to the
grace abounding.
The beauty within.
reflected upon the
heads of all chosen.
In the hum of the
routines & deadlines,
hidden in plain sight.
The crowns of those
who believe are a
constant reminder of
Whose we are &
whom we are called
to be.
