I’m leaving, I’m going
A new seed God’s sowing
I’m at peace cause He’s all-knowing
Like a river, I’m flowing
I’ll miss seeing a familiar face
The fast pace
The dreams I didn’t chase
My happy place
I’m not running away
Just looking forward to a new day
Where it’s hot with the suns ray
In His hands all my burdens lay
God is always opening a door
It’s up to us to go through it and soar
There’s no guarantee rain won’t pour
He’s always there if you’re unsure
Grow and care for each others needs
Although it’s not as easy as it seems
To my beautiful youth and teens
Don’t worry, God is the One who leads
To my lil and big cuzzies, I love you
I’ll be homesick like no clue
And the Aunties food, whew
Just know some things will always be true
My favourite colour will forever be sky blue
Letting you know early rather than late
It’s always important to communicate
Soon I’ll be moving inter-state
A new adventure to await
