Some might say it’s ‘easy’ or ‘shows no thought’, but seriously, what guy doesn’t want $50 to spend at one of these stores? Even if said man isn’t into barbeques, boating, camping, fishing, cars, sports or golf specifically (which is highly unlikely), their father/brother/cousin/uncle/best mate will be.
Cotton Tee/Singlet/Shirt
It’s pretty uncomplicated to judge a guys style. Something simple that will fit his wardrobe can often be picked up for $20, just like this shirt. Prints, stripes, singlets or tee’s, doesn’t matter. Good places to start are Ghanda or Connor.
For the man who loves his hair, a great quality hair and beard ‘care package’, like this one from Beard and Blade, can be picked up for $50. If you like the idea but that’s out of your price range; Kmart and Woolworths both have beard/hair packs that are considerably cheaper!
What man doesn’t love looking after his car? This kit goes for $15 at Kmart, but if you’re after something more extravagant there are some great detailing kits from $25 at Supercheap Auto and the like.
Subscription Gift Card
Know your present-receiver loves to stream tv, movies or music? Netflix gift cards come in all different sizes starting at $15 for a one month subscription, and spotify gift cards come in $12 multiples, also for 1 month’s supply.
All a no-nonsense man needs to keep his affairs in order is a simple planner. In this age of using a calendar on Outlook/Google and being able to carry it around on our phones, sometimes some people enjoy going back to pen and paper. Something similar to this will be about $10 at kmart, right up to $30+ at Typo or Cotton On.
For the man who loves his gym or does overnight trips frequently, this type of bag is perfect. At $40 this Adidas bag is great, however other brands and sizes are available from $25.
$50 and Over
Does a special man in your life love to game? The Nintendo Switch is a perfect present to say ‘I support how you choose to spend your free time’. At least $400, this is a present you or a group could purchase together for someone, with the added bonus that you could get to use it as well!
