held within the
gleaming smiles.
standing proudly
among them.
surrounded by
words.
small yet meaningful,
firm yet graceful.
echoing deep
within,
breaking
through the
darkness.
surrounded by
arms,
wrapping themselves
tight
in an effort to
block out
anything that
might come
against.
surrounded by
hands
reaching out
to help you stand,
when you
can’t find the
strength.
surround yourself
with those,
whose faces
will rejoice alongside you.
whose words
will inspire you.
whose arms
will hold you.
whose hands
will help you up.
surround yourself
with those,
who will stand
with you as
you walk with
them.
